Halloween candy, Thanksgiving Turkey, Christmas Cookies… enjoying the holidays can lead to some regret.

Trying to work off that meal you just had? Wanting to workout more? Here are a few easy workouts that’ll keep you healthy!

Easy workouts:

Ab workout:

  • 20 incline push ups
  • 45 hip raises
  • 1 min side planks (30 sec each side)
  • 1 min wall sit
  • 15 leg raises each leg (30 total)
  • 25 crunches

Full body workout:

  • 20 body weight squats
  • 15 pushups
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 45 second plank
  • 45 jumping jacks

Leg workout:

  • 15 squat jumps
  • 30 side lunges (15 each leg)
  • 25 box squat jumps
  • 20 single leg hip raises
  • 1 minute wall sit

If you want something more difficult: Tabata

8 rounds, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off

  • 20 second squats
  • 10 second rest
  • 20 second curl ups
  • 10 second rest
  • 20 second push ups
  • 10 second rest
  • 20 second planks
  • 10 second rest
